Mediation and Dispute Resolution

Employees can report harassment, discrimination, and misconduct incidents directly from a smart device, computer, or hotline to Work Shield -certified professionals gather all the facts during an impartial incident investigation. Then, it provides multiple unbiased resolutions and recommendations to both parties faster than the national average. Recommendations are consistent, equitable, and efficient resolutions to improve company culture and mitigate corporate risk and employee retention.

We also offer in-person professional mediation, allowing the parties to reach their agreement, which is often more efficient and cost-effective than going to court.

*One-On-One Coaching Sessions: where leaders are guided to understand their strengths and areas for improvement. Including effective communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills. Leadership training programs may also include workshops on specific topics like change management, conflict resolution.

Greg Ehlers
Managing Member

As a highly effective executive, I have a proven track record of leading business development and sales functions to maximize revenue and profitability. By applying my extensive knowledge and industry expertise, I have assisted numerous organizations in driving fast and impactful growth through consulting, coaching, and strategic planning.

I was formerly the chief operating officer at Freebridge where I worked diligently to formalize the services and broker agreements while crafting the business structure. Throughout my career, I have resolved complex challenges, managed high-value contracts, and demonstrated a strong ability to lead dispute resolution and mediation meetings.

Please review the following highlights from my career history:

-Consulting Optimize Renewables as a core team member, managing director, and co-founder, resolving economic challenges in emerging and existing markets by delivering nine regional expansion projects.

-Advising Pürtec leaders on business development and growth while negotiating new manufacturing contracts, conducting outreach to federal and state leaders, and leading fundraising activities.

-Growing Navigate Advisors LLC to several million in annual revenue with two office locations and 40 employees.

-Resolving a multimillion-dollar government contract at Boxabl Inc. by strengthening relationships and building credibility in the company to ensure it wasn’t terminated.

Managing Member

As a Managing Member, Alexandra Pomponio brings a diverse and prosperous background in the Hospitality and Food & Beverage Industry. Alexandra was consistently a top producing Sales Manager globally for her companies. Her knowledge and understanding of the industry incorporate all other corresponding departments including Sales, Revenue, F&B, and all areas of Operations. Her experience as a team leader ranges from the hiring, training, and development of new talent to revenue and sales strategies to exceed profit goals.

Prior to Alexandra’s career in the Hospitality industry, she worked in varying positions at a multitude of restaurants on both the East and West Coasts. Additionally, she served as Director of Operations for a convenience store and gas station chain in New England.

Alexandra’s primary passion has always been people! She not only strives to meet the monetary and professional goals of her clients, but she also stresses the importance of ‘emotional intelligence’ in her business practices. Her impressive sales background is key in forging long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates in the Massachusetts market.

During her time at ASU, Sabrina developed a strong foundation in multimedia storytelling, public relations, and digital media strategies. Her coursework and hands-on experiences have prepared her to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for her to grow as a journalist, expand her professional network, and contribute meaningfully to impactful projects.

Look out world! Meet NOVA's next superstar in the making Christian Deterline! He is a true homegrown northern Virginia-based talent looking to make a name for himself in the best ways possible! Christian is an Enthusiastic and energetic rare breed of today's Gen Zers that are storming the workforce. He is the perfect mix of “Old soul” with traditional morals and values to his outgoing eccentric attitude that you need to have in today's world.

He is focused on his professional growth in recruiting as well as the expansion of his blossoming real estate empire starting with his own family home and looking to add multiple condominiums to create an expansive and diverse portfolio to enjoy his golden years with. Having not only the passive income but, the opportunity to leave a business for his future children with a safe fallback option financially for them to live comfortably.

Christian's father was the owner of a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR appliance company that became defuncted by the housing market crash and subsequent recession. He has very fond childhood memories of playing in the massive 500,000-square-foot warehouse and listening to his father's calls and meetings. Needless to say, Christian has grown up in the world of business, and if he has anything to say about it, you will be hearing his last name ( Deterline ) for generations to come.

I have worked in many different fields; retail, food service, in-home health care, theme park entertainment, local music and digital entertainment. I found that my heart lies within the sphere of digital media and entertainment. Creating content that brings audiences joy is hugely motivating for me and what I wish to do for the rest of my career. I found my love for creating in my journey streaming on Twitch. In doing so, I was able to create lively and engaging programs that were interactive and expandable. I even had the opportunity to speak on my experience in adding comedy to content in a panel at TwitchCon 2022, which was a huge honor.
